TO HAVE POSITIVE SELF EXPECTANCY IS IMPORTANT. THIS MEANS TO KNOW AND HOPE FOR POSITIVE THINGS FOR YOURSELF. THIS ALSO MEANS TO NOT HAVE A VERY NEGATIVE ATTITUDE. IT IS IMPORTANT O HAVE POSITIVE THOUGHTS FOR MANY REASONS. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE POSITIVE THOUGHTS OR A POSITIVE ATTITUDE THEN NOTHING POSITIVE WILL HAPPEN TO YOU. YOU SHOULD ALSO KEEP IN MIND THAT IN ORDER TO HAVE POSITIVE VIBES AND HAVE POSITIVE ENERGY WITH THOSE AROUND YOU, YOU SHOULD NOT SPREAD NEGATIVITY. I THINK I DO ALWAYS KEEP A MINDSET WITH POSITIVE SELF EXPECTANCY. I ALWAYS EXPECT THE BEST OUTCOME FROM EVERYTHING AND NEVER LOOK BACK. When you catch yourself lying, throw your mouth into reverse. Talk to yourself. Treat yourself when you tell the truth. Each and everyone of these tips are extremely important. All of these tips are useful in my opinion. To be more truthful honestly just means to be more honest.
